Faulty Products.
ACS Computers operates a no-quibble guarantee but please note that returned items are tested for the indicated faults and for basic operation of the product. If these faults are not found, then the product will be returned to the customer and a test fee of €25.00 plus any shipping costs will be charged.
Returned items confirmed as faulty will be replaced by an identical product (or a product of similar or better specification), or sent for repair. Please note however that printers and monitors are dealt with by their respective manufacturers or their agents as described in their warranties.
ACS Computers cannot accept any returned goods found to fall into one or more of the following categories:
